Terms and Conditions
Accounts with the Spokane House of Hose are required to be paid in full by the 15th of each month. Accounts with Air Electric Equipment & Tools are required to be paid in full at 30 days from invoice. Accounts with past due balances are subject to a 1 1/2% per month finance charge. The applicant hereby applies for credit from Spokane House of Hose/Air Electric Equipment & Tools (Creditor), and agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions contained in this credit application. The applicant agrees to pay for purchases of goods and/or services according to the terms of the Creditor, which supersede the terms and conditions of any sales agreement, purchase order, or other document that may have different terms than those of Creditor, unless such different terms are specifically agreed to in writing by Creditor.
Creditor reserves the right to terminate credit and/or delivery accommodations at its sole discretion. The applicant agrees to be responsible for all collection costs, court costs, or attorney’s fees incurred in connection with the collection of any delinquent amount, with or without suit, or assigned to a collection agent.
In the event of litigation, applicant agrees to jurisdiction of the courts of, and venue shall be in the State of Washington and the County of Spokane. The parties hereto knowingly and intentionally waive the right to jury trial on any issue or dispute that may arise between them. The undersigned shall be responsible for all costs of collection, court costs and attorney fees in connection with a delinquent amount owing.
Creditor is authorized to check bank and credit references, and to obtain any commercial and/or consumer credit reports that Creditor deems necessary to determine credit worthiness of the applicants. The undersigned – hereby authorizes creditor to obtain consumer based reports on the owners for the purpose of evaluating the credit worthiness of said applicants and/or their business.

Individual Personal Guaranty
Credit applicants with less than three years of operation or with limited or negative credit history are required to offer a personal guaranty as part of the credit application. If you believe your company’s credit may require a personal guarantee, please have at least one owner complete and sign the following “Individual Personal Guaranty.”
